The purpose of this webpage is to streamline the application process for
Houston area high school seniors intending to attend the University of
Illinois in their Freshman year in the Fall of 2012, and who wish to be
considered for the Houston Illini Club's intended $1,000 scholarship award.

Notes:

In March of 2012 we anticipate e-mailing
invitations to those Houston area high school students who have been
admitted as Freshmen at the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana. We encourage
all individuals who meet these requirements to apply for a Houston Illini
Scholarship.

Please submit your
application electronically via e-mailing
the completed forms to Scholarship Chairman Mark Ulrich at
scholarships@houstonilliniclub.com. Alternatively, you can mail your application
(and copies of additional required information) to
UIAC of Houston, P.O. Box 542314, Houston,
TX 77254. Regardless, please do so by May 1, 2012
(note that your high school faculty reference should submit their reference
to us within this same timeline).
