Notes:

1. The files found linked below are intended to streamline the process of applying for the Houston Illini club's $2,000 scholarship for 2008-2009.  The club has e-mailed invitations to those Houston area students who are admitted freshmen of the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana, and whose primary residence (as defined by the University of Illinois admissions department), is in the Houston area;

2. If you have submitted your application electronically (our preference) please do so by e-mailing Scholarship Chairman Graham Duhamel at wandatay@gmail.com.  Alternatively, you can mail your application (and copies of additional required information) to UIAC of Houston, P.O. Box 542314, Houston, TX  77254.  Regardless, please do so by April 25, 2008.
